Move over, Martha Stewart and Jill (of Homemade by Jill fame. Where has she been, by the way?). I've come up with the next 'It' thing. See if you can follow me on the creative train. First you go outside to the pretty azalea bushes in your front yard that are just starting to bloom. They are really making your somewhat trashy yard look good. Then you pick some of the beautiful blooms. Now, this is where it gets somewhat tricky. You have to have one of those tacky plastic grocery buggies that makes a lot of noise and drives everyone in the house absolutely crazy. You put all of your beautiful hand-picked blooms dead center in the buggy. This can be used as a centerpiece for your table (although, a little bulky) or a beautiful addition to the front porch. Any way you use it, it is bound to be a conversation piece. I have copyrighted this idea and if any one of you steals my idea, that's it. (here, I'm trying to come up with a menacing threat but came up dry)
I assume that was what Madi was thinking when she did this. I really have no idea why she picked my gorgeous flowers and brought them in and put them in that horrible buggy. (I never reccomend anyone get one of those) I walked by it and had to post about it because it is just another thing that makes my day fun.

Okay, your a nut!
I think that Martha Stewart might just be impressed with the creative side of you 2 1/2 year old! Way to go Madi! Good job!
Ring around the rosie shopping cart full of posies.
Not sure how that just happened... my last post was deleted. Anyway, I am just catching up on blogs. First, I like your little Emma's cut - I just cut Kate's mullet and tried to give her a little stack bob and she looks even more like a boy... but oh sooo cute. Second, is the blog that ticked you off so much the one I posted on my blog? If so, I am sure of the entry that made you POed and I am sorry that it offended you. Don't hate me for endorsing it. Like I said on my blog some of her writings are bogus and radical, but I have to be honest, I really didn't take her comments to be judgemental,- harsh, yes,-judgemental, no. Nevertheless, I have nothing vested in this person/blog... I just came across it and I really liked her bluntness about nutrition and I'm not even referring to that specific entry. Anyway, comment to her, comment on my blog... I can take it. BTW, the blond brownies look scrumptious although, I'm downing hershey kisses as we speak!
See a petal, pick it up.
All day long you'll have good luck.
Or something like that. I think it's incredible how children know instinctively what you don't want them to do (that's not in a good way, okay?).
'carlston', I was so worried you would never speak to me again. I've gone back and forth about that crazy blog situation. You know I commented on her blog. Yes, it is her blog and she can say what she wants BUT I just thought she was really being cruel. But we are a diverse world and I'm totally okay with someone having a different opinion from me. Anyway, should I have even commented on her blog...maybe not..maybe just left her alone and moseyed on over to another safe blog (that chicken recipe did look good, though), but I am okay with talking about it on my blog, because I get to say what I want...right...?
Amanda, I would never "not speak to you" just because you have a different opinion, let alone over a blog of a person I have never met. You crazy girl! Speak your mind...you stood up for something you think is wrong - how can that not be admired! Just wondering how many of my other friends hated that blog and haven't said anything!!! Anyway, there are many people who are lucky(including moi) that they have you on their side!
Amanda, You totally crack me up. And I appreciate the fact that you post so often. I am confused about some things you post, like being on Sea Islands naughty list??? But I enjoy reading nevertheless!!!
