What does 'thick as theives' really mean? It means people who trust each other completely. It's true. I looked it up in the Urban Dictionary. When I think of Madi and Jackson that is the first thing that comes to mind. Jackson was eleven months old when Madi was born. He was just learning to walk and obviously didn't have a full grasp of the world, yet. Madi has been there as long as he can remember. He helped take care of her when she was a baby, even though technically, he was still a baby himself. When I was pregnant with Madi, people always assumed since I had a 4 year old and a 7 month old that this new pregnancy must have been an "oops". That's really what they called my pregnancy. I know they didn't mean anything by it but none of my babys' was an 'oops'. Granted I was in a little bit of a fog when I got pregnant with Madi. (Imagine that Jackson must of only been about 8 weeks old when I got pregnant.) Jackson was such a sweet baby. I remember thinking, 'I could do this like 10 times'. So I did. But not 10 times. Just two more. I have never regretted having these two so close together. I actually look at other people and have a hard time comprehending how they would want to space them out so much. I guess we're just all different.
Since Madi and Jackson were babies they have been in complete love with each other. They argue all the time but are very quick to forgive and give each other sugars to make it better. Jackson adores his older brother and Madi babies her younger sister but their love for each other is definately unique.
These are just some pics I took at the park. It was great. They were so tired when we got home that they are still asleep 2 hours later. Emma Mae had a good time, too. Except when she went down the slide backwards. More than once.
For all of you who actually read all the way down you get an extra treat. You get to see what happens when you forget that your camera is still in movie mode.

I'd like that for a ring tone.
So sweet, Amanda. Nate and I are 10 months apart. I don't know if our love was ever like Jaxson and Madi's until we were adults though, and even now we still have our moments. We got into an argument on the phone last year, and I can't remember all that was said but I do recall calling him a SOB, then slamming the phone down. Not to worry- 6 months later we finally spoke again and it was as it had always been.
You know what? I do that ALL THE TIME!! I go to take a picture and it is in movie mode. In fact it happened when I was doing some of the self portrait for you. See I haven't forgotten!!! I'll have to post that one as well for you. Cute, Cute, Cute kidos!!!!
been there, done that!!! (movie mode, i mean)
Your kids are adorable. I always wanted three children, or more, but unfortunately my cervix wasn't on the same wavelength as me, or it missed the memo. :)
Good job Amanda. I love the cheesee, too. Perfect. So you did take that video of Emma Mae walking with your camera? So how do you down load it on the computer? Can you do that with Picasa 2? I had to send my camera off last Sat. hoping it will be back the first of next week and I'm going to try the movie mode. I maybe calling you. Way cute kids and another beautiful day in warm sunny Georgia. You gotta love it.
Yes, Gigi, you have to try it. It is sooo easy. It's all right there on your memory card. It didn't work for me when I sent it from Picasa 2 for some reason. So I just went in and did a new post and uploaded it from the My Pictures folder. VERY easy. But you know you can call if you have trouble.

Cheeeeeese!
So cute.
Love the pictures! It looks like it must be nice and warm there. My kids are still wearing their winter jackets when we go outside. I'm a wee bit jealous.

Amanda what are we waiting for. LOL
Darling little babes you have. There really is a bond with babies so close in age. Luke and Charlie are 19 mo. apart and they are the best of friends. I have a friend here in Co. with 3 boys and the oldest was 20months when the 3rd boy was born. 10 years later, she had a fourth boy is now 2 years old!
You are too funny! I am serious! CHEESE
