It Begins

I'm sorry there are no fun pictures, yet.There will be soon...if I can figure it out. I am officially starting my blog. This is very exciting.
This is a big time in our lives. Josh is very busy with work, which is a lot to be thankful for these days. But it does leave me with the kids a lot. I am trying not to stress out too much and just enjoy those crazy kids. We are usually in bed by 9pm. All of my friends know not to call my house past 8:30 because Josh and I have probably gone to bed. Yesterday the primarys were happenning so we were up to 10:45. I know that is shocking, but it is the truth. We wanted to see if our man Mitt would get enough states to pull through. It is the next morning now and I still don't know what will happen. I do know that this is the first time in our 9 years of marriage that Josh and I have agreed on a candidate...
Onto more fun subjects...There is not a lot going on with the kids right now. Emma Mae is crawling around and getting into the toilets. You can't imagine how hard it is to keep the bathroom doors closed at all times with toddlers running in and out of them. I swear I have seen more gross things than I could have imagined since I have become a mom. Jonathon is in the first grade and doing very well. He is great at math just like his dad. He is also a great speller. He told me this morning he has a secret about a girl named Jayce in his class. I said if you have a secret you should not go around announcing it. Jackson wants to do everything just like Jonathon which makes him the bain of his big brother's excistence. Madi walks around talking to herself and her toys all the time. She will be yelling things like help and stop and I'll go in the room and she is talking to her toys. I think this is totally normal, right...
